Chloe is an Associate in Shumaker’s Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line, where she focuses on corporate and tax matters. Known for her diligence, thoughtfulness, and thorough approach, Chloe brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for solving complex legal issues to her practice.
Chloe earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and represented UF in the Second TEI International Tax Student Case Competition in Montreal in August 2024. She was also a Summer Associate at Shumaker in 2023, gaining valuable experience and insight into the firm’s collaborative and client-focused culture.
Prior to attending law school, Chloe studied history and political science, writing her honors thesis on youth participation in political institutions in post-communist Europe. Her academic background informs her analytical skills and global perspective, both of which enhance her ability to navigate the evolving landscape of corporate and tax law.
Outside of her legal work, Chloe enjoys reading, creative writing, and collecting antique books.
